Holly Keller, HRCCC Administrator
Holly Keller is a seasoned federal childcare program leader with over 13 years of experience in the Department of Defense and the U.S. House of Representatives. Ms. Keller holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and began her career as a Palace Acquire Intern with the Department of the Air Force where she trained to be placed in a Child Development Center as Director. Ms. Keller has led large-scale child and youth programs for both the Army and Air Force, most recently serving as Chief of Child and Youth Services at the Presidio of Monterey before accepting her position with the House of Representatives as the HRCCC Administrator. Ms. Keller's expertise includes federal childcare compliance, accreditation, facility oversight, and leadership development. Ms. Keller is the recipient of multiple Civilian Service awards and is completing her doctorate in Special Education Services, focusing on supports for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ms. Keller resides in Washington, D.C., with her two poodles.
Paige Beatty, Director
Jessica Cherebin, Assistant Director
Jessica Cherebin is the Assistant Director, Toddlers at the HRCCC and serves on the board for the Virginia Association for Early Childhood Education. She has a bachelor’s in Biological Sciences and a bachelor’s in Psychology from Virginia Tech, a master’s in Early Childhood Special Education from Syracuse University, and a master’s in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jessica is especially interested in Reggio Emilia philosophy and pedagogy, inquiry-based learning, educational equity, and early childhood teacher preparation and leadership development. She relocated to Washington, D.C. in 2018 from Richmond, Virginia, where she lived and worked for 10 years in the early childhood community.
Suzanne Hite, Assistant Director
Suzanne Hite is the Assistant Director, preschool at the HRCCC. Suzanne has been in the early childhood field for 15 years, 11 of those as a preschool teacher. Her professional interests include curriculum planning and social emotional development. She has a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Edinburgh. Hite is originally from Scotland and now lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and daughter.
